  • How do I book a session?
    In order to book a session please click on the Book Consultation button on the upper right hand corner. I will reach out to you within 48 hours to schedule a free 15 minute phone or video consultation so we can determine if we are a good fit. If we decide to move forward, we will then discuss the best time for sessions to be held.
  • Do you accept insurance?
    I accept Aetna, Cigna, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Oxford Health Plans, Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield, UMR, Oscar UHC Student Resources, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, Optum Emotional Wellbeing Solution (Premium EAP) I am also an out-of-network provider. This means that if I do not accept your insurance, I will provide you with the receipt (a monthly “superbill”) necessary in order to submit a claim for reimbursement from your insurance company. I am happy guide you through determining your out-of-network benefits for mental health through your insurance provider. I completely understand what an investment therapy is, both financially and logistically, so it’s important to me to deliver the highest quality care to you, so that our work together has a positive impact on the rest of your life, no matter the length of time we work together..
  • What is your session rate?
    My session rate is $180 per session. I offer sliding scale fees based on availability and need.
  • What forms of payment do you accept?
    I accept credit cards via a secure online platform. You will be charged after each session.
  • What is your cancellation/no show policy?
    I have a 48-business hour cancellation policy. There will be a charge fee for any session missed or not cancelled or rescheduled at least 48 business hours in advance. Please note that these fees cannot be reimbursed by insurance, and you are responsible for the full cost of your session.
