About Me

My path to psychotherapy was inspired by my personal journey of growth and transformation, transitioning from a high-pressure corporate career to a fulfilling exploration of self-discovery, through psychotherapy, supervision, Buddhist meditation practices, and spirituality. This journey is complemented by two master’s degrees in psychotherapy—one with a humanistic focus and the other grounded in scientific evidence-based practices—along with other specialized certifications and spiritual practices.
I utilize an integrative and evidence-based therapeutic approach, including Humanistic, Mindfulness, IFS, CBT, Metacognitive therapy, Psychodynamic and trauma-informed practices. I am dedicated to honoring and supporting the unique identities and life experiences that define each individual.
